Call me crazy but Kate did not color her hair when it was shortened. That is summer vs. winter as well as long vs short! Amazing isn't it!

You look fantastic! A lot less weight, huh? And that is some drastic winter/summer hair there. You've got a whole different shade going on closer to the scalp!

Congratulations! Washing it will be seriously weird for a while. Nice quick drying time though. :-D

Thanks! Yeah, washing it was weird last night. I used waaaay too much shampoo. Then I rubbed a towel on it and it dried instantly! I actually think short hair is quicker to take care of than long hair, because you don't spend as much time in the shower, drying, combing, and braiding. Waaay easier.

The color difference is pretty dramatic, but I didn't do anything to that. I guess my highlights were all from last summer, and they just grew out in the last couple of months. Plus, the blond streak in front is now under my bangs.

I was almost afraid to look. I loved your long hair but I think the new cut is just great! It shows your eyes up more. I'm going shorter next time. And I'm so proud of you for donating your hair.

Thanks! You know who I think I REALLY look like now? I mean, weirdly look like now? Kevin! I look just like Kevin. And, I'm actually happy about that.

Great haircut! I'm glad that you were able to donate to the Locks of Love. It was a very, very nice thing to do. Someone will get a beautiful wig from it. The part they cut off was really pretty. I like your "winter" color on you too. Short hair is easy to do. I hope you like it as much as the rest of us do. Kathy.
